Donna Thomas has been painting for more than thirty years. She works in acrylics, watercolor, oils, mixed media and ceramics. Always exploring, she usually has several paintings in various stages of completion going on at one time. Her paintings exhibit her diverse abilities and subject matter.

She attended San Jose State University and furthered her art training at various schools including Chabot College, College of Arts and Crafts and has studied ceramics at Ohlone College. Having studied with world-renowned watercolor artist Jade Fon and taken classes and workshops with other well-known artists, including Robert E. Wood, Jane Burnham, Charlotte Britton, and Frank Webb, she has perfected her artistic skills while developing her own unique style.

Donna has exhibited in juried shows and in galleries in San Francisco, Sonoma, Fremont, and Chico. Her work is in private collections throughout the world.
